Dear Ronna,

Please accept my appreciation for your willingness to contribute to the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) by volunteering to serve on the Industry Advisory Counsel (IAC). Your interest and your company's support are valued.

It is with pleasure that I appoint you to the IAC.  The IAC serves as a liason between industry members and the other members of NACUFS and is comprised of eleven industry members along with the showcase chair of each year's national conference.  I have included the NACUFS P&P 105-E as a reference.

Your term is three years beginning at the end of the 2008 national conference in Washington D.C. and continuing through the end of the national conference in July of 2011.  Marti Miller, Johnsonville Sausage Company is the 2007-2009 IAC chair.  She will be contacting you with the dates and times for your orientation and the dinner meeting in Washington D.C.
